Complaints Commission

The Complaints Commission assesses formal objections to resolutions and decisions in international accreditation procedures and in certification procedures as well as complaints in the context of evaluation procedures or the assessments of study programmes and quality assurance systems at state universities in Germany coordinated by EVALAG.

Complaints procedure

Institutions that have commissioned EVALAG with the coordination and implementation of assessments of study programmes and quality assurance systems at state universities in Germany or with an international accreditation procedure, a certification or an evaluation procedure naturally have the opportunity to lodge complaints or appeal against resolutions and decisions.

If necessary, the evalag Complaints Commission will be involved. This is an independent body within the EVALAG foundation organisation.

The Commission consists of four members with voting rights (see overview below).
