Dr Aletta Hinsken and Dr Sibylle Jakubowicz have formed the Board of Directors of EVALAG since February 2022.
The tasks of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors manages the Foundation's day-to-day business and represents the Foundation externally. It prepares and implements the resolutions of the Foundation Board, the Accreditation Commission and the Certification Commission.
Further tasks include
- Development of strategic concepts
- Management of the foundation's assets
- Preparation of a business plan, the annual financial statements and the annual report
