EVALAG endeavours to make its website accessible in accordance with Section 10 (1) of the Federal Disability Equality Act (L-BGG).

1. status of compatibility with the requirements

This website is partially compatible with § 10 paragraph 1 L-BGG due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.

2 Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
a) Incompatibility with Section 10 (1) L-BGG

  • Content that is not text, such as graphics and images, is not described (alternative text).
  • Elements that only convey important information through their visual arrangement or structure are not perceptible to blind and visually impaired people.
  • The texts do not have sufficient brightness contrasts so that they can be easily perceived by visually impaired people.
  • Not all essential functions and content can be operated without a computer mouse or touchscreen input.
  • Recurring and therefore possibly already familiar areas of a website cannot be skipped.
  • The programming does not facilitate the use of browsers and screen readers.
  • The website does not provide any content in sign language or easy-to-read language.
  • The documents linked on the website are not barrier-free according to § 2 sentence 2 L-BGG-DVO.
