For the first time, EVALAG offered a training course for students from the ESU pool who are interested in assessment activities in international procedures. The aim of the training was to provide potential reviewers with basic knowledge about the various procedures at international level and then to reflect with them on the role of student reviewers in international procedures. Two two-hour virtual training sessions were then held in autumn 2024, which were well attended. The second training session took place with the participation of a colleague from the NVAO, the Dutch-Belgian accreditation agency. We were very pleased with the active participation of the students and the positive feedback, including on the cooperation between EVALAG and NVAO. Due to the success of the training sessions, EVALAG will probably continue them next year and also reflect on further formats of cooperation with ESU.
