This year, EVALAG once again participated in the current discourse at various events in the field of academic continuing education. The focus here was on the results and findings from EVALAG's activities as part of Hochschulweiterbildung@BW.
As part of the 54th eucen Annual Conference on 30 May 2024 in Cork, EVALAG participated with a presentation on challenges and solutions in quality development and professionalisation in continuing academic education in Baden-Württemberg.
A poster on the professionalisation of teaching in continuing academic education was presented at the ASEM Global Lifelong Learning Week 2024 in Cork.
At the annual conference of the DGWF on 12 and 13 September 2024, EVALAG contributed two presentations and a poster to the conference programme. The presentations dealt on the one hand with challenges and solutions in quality development and professionalisation in academic continuing education in Baden-Württemberg and on the other hand with the professionalisation of teaching in academic continuing education based on a survey of lecturers in Baden-Württemberg. Quality development and certification procedures as well as the initial findings and lessons learnt from the certifications within the framework of Hochschulweiterbildung@BW were presented on a poster.
