"IMPACT EVALUATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION. A Contribution to Sustainable Quality Development of the Knowledge Society", Palau Robert, Passeig de Gràcia, 107, 08008 Barcelona, Spain, 16-17 June 2016.
The conference aimed at presenting and disseminating the results of the IMPALA project (Methodology & application of impact evaluation of external QA in HEIs) to a wider interested audience; gathering input from participants’ critical reflection of the conference theme, in particular European QA agencies and other HEI stakeholders; identifying options for exploitation of the impact evaluation methodology; embedding the theme of impact evaluation into current debates and perspectives on HEI governance and HE policy.
