Creating a Quality Management System

evalag offers various services to HEIs for setting up and extending their quality management in the fields of teaching and learning, especially regarding the system accreditation (Germany). The offering covers all services from document analysis and support related to the functional documentation of the QM system to informational events and individual advisory sessions or training courses for QM employees as well as the presentation and documentation of workshops ( e.g. related to SWOT analysis, clarification of  roles and tasks, or process optimisation), including members of higher education institutions and executive committees on all levels. If necessary, this involves additional external experts.
