evalag adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will be protected within the framework of the statutory provisions. evalag collects data only on a limited scale. evalag's servers are exclusively hosted in Germany.
Hereinafter, you will find detailed information on which data is collected when you are visiting our website and how this data is being used. Anonymised user data is collected and processed with the web statistic tool PIWIK. PIWIK uses a cookie, with which information on your use of the website including your IP address is generated. You may set up your browser so that storage of cookies is blocked. The use of this website will thus not be affected.
PIWIK is set in a way that your IP address will be anonymised during storage. The data will only be used for statistical analysis of user data and will be deleted after 12 months the most.
Other personal data is only recorded if this information is provided voluntarily in line with an inquiry or the registration for an evalag seminar. For the newsletter subscription only your name and your e-mail-address are required.
Any personal details that you provide us with will only be used for answering your inquiries, for processing the contract concluded with you as well as for technical administration. Your personal data is only passed on or transmitted to third parties if it becomes essential for the execution of contracts, for billing purposes, or if you have given your approval beforehand. You are entitled to revoke your permission with future effect at any time.
The deletion of the personal data stored is carried out if you revoke your consent to the storage, if your knowledge of the fulfilment of the purpose pursued with the storage is no longer necessary or if the storage is inadmissible on other legal grounds.
We endeavour to take all possible technical and organisational measures to store your personal data in such a way that it is not accessible by third parties. We cannot guarantee, though, that email communications are completely secure and we therefore recommend that the postal service be used to send confidential information.
